Key Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assist our Accounting team with light administrative tasks involving A/P, A/R, and H/R.
  • Provide administrative support services to our departmental managers and executives.
  • Greet and direct visitors at our main office in Bothell.
  • Order and manage budget of office supplies, snacks, and equipment maintenance.
  • Properly direct incoming calls.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Coordinate with building property management for facilities requests.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED
  • 2 – 4 years related administrative office support experience
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Publisher
  • Strong typing and basic math skills.
  • Ability to write routine correspondence including emails to staff.
  • Familiarity with CRM and accounting systems.
  • A passion for customer service.
  • Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with all levels of management and staff.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
