isoutsource.com has built a team of industry certified
engineers who understand Information Technology solutions and the
specific needs of small and medium sized businesses. Our senior
management team combines technical experience and expertise with
business acumen and insight to deliver the most effective IT solutions
for our customers' business needs.

Dan brings to isoutsource.com nearly twenty years of consulting
and product management experience in the high-tech industry.
Prior to joining isoutsource.com, Dan worked at Microsoft, in
product management and development. Before his achievements
at Microsoft, Dan founded and lead a small business in Seattle,
focusing on ERP consulting and custom application development.
Dan earned his B.A. degree in economics from the University
of Washington. |

| Lou is a fifteen
year experienced accounting and financial professional. Prior
to joining isoutsource.com, Lou was the Controller for Westwood
Management and Development Corporation in Redmond, Washington.
Lou has held financial positions in several industries including
banking, lending, pest control, financial services, high-tech
and property management. He was awarded his B.S.B.A in Finance
from the University of Florida in 1990 and his Masters in Professional
Accounting from the University of Washington in 2003. |

Richard
comes to isoutsource with over 20 years of operations and
services experience. Prior to isoutsource, Richard worked
at Amazon.com, leading product management and site merchandising
for the consumer electronics group. Before Amazon.com, Richard
served in executive positions at various technology companies
including Saflink, Captaris, Chase Bobko, and Data Dimensions.
Richard earned his B.A. degree in Business Administration
from the University of Puget Sound. |

Randy
has 24 years of experience managing and leading teams in delivering
complex I.T. and eCommerce solutions. His background includes
everything from start-ups to fortune 500 companies, having
led blended groups of Software Architects and Engineers, Project
Managers, Designers, and Quality Assurance personnel. This
experience includes 13 years I.T.-based leadership and special
project implementations for Nordstrom and 7 years Professional
Services and I.T. leadership in smaller firms: Fine.com, Captaris
Inc. and CSG Openline. Randy is a graduate from the University
of Washington. |

Tony has over 10 years experience in the technology industry,
the last six of which have been spent in the small and medium
business networking sector. Prior to joining isoutsource.com,
Tony worked in London, England for Lanmark Technical Services.
Tony graduated from Brighton University, UK with a BA Honors
degree in Computing and Information Systems. Tony is also a
Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer. |

| Mike has 12 plus
years experience in the industry, the last eight of which have
been at isoutsource.com. Mike was hired as the third consultant
at isoutsource.com and brought his strong technical ability
and dedication to client satisfaction, helping the the company
grow where it is today. Prior to isoutsource.com, Mike did freelance
consulting in the small business sector. Mike is a Microsoft
Certified Systems Engineer. |

Ryan has over 9 years of experience in the technology industry,
the past five with isoutsource.com, consulting and supporting
the small to medium sized business sector. Prior to joining
isoutsource.com, Ryan ran his own consulting business. In addition
to consulting in the small to medium sized business sector,
Ryan established himself as a leader as one of four members
supporting a local bank containing a network of over 300 users
and 30 locations. Ryan is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer.
