“In the event that you pull a newbie 101 mistake and delete a document, folder, etc. off the server, here is how you go about getting it retrieved:
The [Washington State Youth Soccer Association] server is backed up every 15 minutes by [the ISOutsource Data Backup & Disaster Recovery product] - they have us covered. You simply call (206) 374-0251 and dial ext 1; you will be directed to a dedicated recovery specialist. Tell them you need to recover a document, folder, etc. that you deleted from the server and that you would like them to recover the most recent backup.
They will get it restored to the best of their ability and give you a call as soon as it’s where it should be. When they call you, just check that the document, folder, etc. is the right one and in the right place, say ‘thank you’ and continue doing whatever you were doing."
