About our team.
Our goal is to ensure that all of our customers are happy, productive and supported. While our consultants and support engineers are at the forefront of the client experience, we have a dedicated team of leaders working behind the scenes to ensure that everything is in place to ensure excellent and consistent delivery of services.
Susan brings over 20 years of excellence in services and operations management. Prior to joining ISOutsource, Susan worked at Microsoft in their Business Intelligence Group. Prior to this, Susan spent many years with Captaris, a unified communications technology company, where she began as a sales engineer, and worked her way up to the position of Vice President of Service. Susan’s initial entry into technology was through working in telecommunications in her early career prior to Captaris.
