About our team.
Our goal is to ensure that all of our customers are happy, productive and supported. While our consultants and support engineers are at the forefront of the client experience, we have a dedicated team of leaders working behind the scenes to ensure that everything is in place to ensure excellent and consistent delivery of services.
Richard brings over 20 years of operations and services experience. Prior to ISOutsource, Richard worked at Amazon.com, leading product management and site merchandising for the consumer electronics group. Before Amazon.com, Richard served in executive positions at various technology companies including Saflink, Captaris, Chase Bobko, and Data Dimensions. Richard earned his B.A. degree in Business Administration from the University of Puget Sound.
