About our team.
Our goal is to ensure that all of our customers are happy, productive and supported. While our consultants and support engineers are at the forefront of the client experience, we have a dedicated team of leaders working behind the scenes to ensure that everything is in place to ensure excellent and consistent delivery of services.
Randy has 24 years of experience managing and leading teams in delivering complex IT and e-commerce solutions. His background includes everything from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. This experience includes 13 years IT-based leadership and special project implementations for Nordstrom and seven years professional services and IT leadership in smaller firms: Fine.com, Captaris Inc. and CSG Openline. Randy is a graduate of the University of Washington.
