Billy has 12 years of experience in the accounting field. Prior to joining ISOutsource, Billy was an IT and financial professional for companies in non-profit, retail and private sector. Billy is a licensed CPA in Washington, and has certifications as a Microsoft Certified System Administrator, Comptia Certified A+, Net+ and i-Net+ IT Professional. Billy earned his Bachelor Degree in Accounting and Finance from Washington State University.
